1. Customer Cancellation
- 24+ hours before ride: Full refund.
- 12–24 hours before ride: 50% refund.
- Less than 12 hours / No-show: No refund.
2. Driver / Company Cancellation
- If the driver or company cancels the ride, the customer will receive a full refund.
- If possible, an alternate cab will be arranged for the same route and time.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during booking.
- Refund amount will reflect in your account within 5–7 working days.
