1. Customer Cancellation

  • 24+ hours before ride: Full refund.
  • 12–24 hours before ride: 50% refund.
  • Less than 12 hours / No-show: No refund.

2. Driver / Company Cancellation

  • If the driver or company cancels the ride, the customer will receive a full refund.
  • If possible, an alternate cab will be arranged for the same route and time.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during booking.
  • Refund amount will reflect in your account within 5–7 working days.
