1. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings are made via WhatsApp or phone call.
- Users must provide clear pickup & drop locations, date, time, and passenger details.
- Booking is confirmed only after 20% advance payment is received for Delhi ⇄ Jaipur trips.
2. Payment
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, UPI (where available).
- Advance payment (20%) is mandatory for Delhi ⇄ Jaipur trips.
- Remaining payment must be given to the driver at the end of the ride.
3. Cancellation & Refund
- 24+ hours before ride: Full refund.
- 12–24 hours before ride: 50% refund.
- Less than 12 hours / No-show: No refund.
4. Changes in Booking
- Changes to date, time, or location depend on availability.
- Last-minute changes (within 12 hours) are not allowed.
5. Liability
- delhitojaipurcab.com only provides a booking connection service.
- Any journey-related risks or personal losses are the responsibility of the user.
- Maximum liability is limited to the fare amount paid.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate pickup & drop addresses.
- Do not carry illegal or prohibited items.
- Maintain cooperation and courtesy with the driver.
7. Force Majeure
- In case of natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, traffic, or political unrest, bookings may be canceled or rescheduled.
- Refunds or reschedules will be handled at the company’s discretion.
